I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt House Puerto Rico, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the fantastic staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay made all the difference. One particular highlight of my visit was the help I received from Gustave. Not only was he exceptionally accommodating, but he also went out of his way to assist me in finding a Spain song that I had been searching for. His dedication and enthusiasm made my stay at the Hyatt House even more enjoyable. The Hyatt House Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing! The amenities were top-notch, and the surroundings were so beautiful. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Well I liked everything about hyatt house but most of all I loved the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff , I can't remember the name of the front desk lady who recieved me on the 19th of July at night but she was amazing, and samuel in the kitchen was super he make sure you had all what you needed for breakfast, now let's talk about Alex in the bar who makes the best mojito that I ever had, if you ever stay at hyatt house make sure to try Alex's mojito it's the best. The whole staff do their best for you to have an unforgettable vacation.

Super clean! Location is awesome. Shuttle bus too! Room was comfortable. Bed & sofabed were comfortable. Workout room and business center were great. Pool was beautiful and clean and landscaping around was beautifully done. There is an outside room off dining area with a rainfall that is gorgeous. The lobby is simple yet beautifully decorated and the bar and service is wonderful. Wifi never failed us! ALL staff is helpful, ready to give suggestions and so polite & friendly!

Excellent location, excellent food and clean rooms and common area. Spacious room. Beautiful views and you have free shuttle for the all city , t mobile district and escambron beach. And in the escambron beach you have the option for take a trip in scooter for the old city and catch the amazing views from de Atlantic Ocean.

I loved being able to take the free shuttle to visit old San Juan, the beach and TMobile district without needing an uber. The TMobile district was also in walking distance which was great. Overall, fantastic stay!
