Hyatt House San Juan

It was easy

The property is exceptionally clean and new. The staff was such a delight no matter the time of day. I loved being able to take the free shuttle to visit old San Juan, the beach and TMobile district without needing an uber. The TMobile district was also in walking distance which was great. Overall, fantastic stay!

The hotel was in a central location and the hotel and room was clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt House Puerto Rico, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the fantastic staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay made all the difference. One particular highlight of my visit was the help I received from Gustave. Not only was he exceptionally accommodating, but he also went out of his way to assist me in finding a Spain song that I had been searching for. His dedication and enthusiasm made my stay at the Hyatt House even more enjoyable. The Hyatt House Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing! The amenities were top-notch, and the surroundings were so beautiful. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, excellent food and clean rooms and common area. Spacious room. Beautiful views and you have free shuttle for the all city , t mobile district and escambron beach. And in the escambron beach you have the option for take a trip in scooter for the old city and catch the amazing views from de Atlantic Ocean.
